One Planet Schools 2008

One Planet Schools 2008 is a conference for teachers and other school staff who are active in the field of Learning for Sustainability or Sustainable Development Education – cultivating the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to build a society that is just, equitable and living within the environmental limits of our planet. We are hoping to be there on the thirteenth of June, networking and learning how to bring the dream of a sustainable school closer to reality.

We will be attending the Eco-Schools conference on the 23rd June in Aintree

The conference programme has been written with a younger audience in mind and will feature speakers from some of the countries most impressive Eco-Schools, local authorities and national programmes. The Conference will also feature the official launch of the ASDAN Environmental Award, written by Eco-Schools the award has been accredited by the QCA as a GSCE grade B equivalent.
